The Transit Management System (TMS) is the Department’s online portal for submitting applications for funding, executing grant agreements, reporting financial and operational data, invoicing, tracking assets and more. All CY2026 reporting by Wisconsin public and specialized transit agencies, and all CY2027 funding opportunity applications MUST be submitted through this portal.
The 2027 Public Transit Assistance Program (PTAP) application is not currently available but will open this fall. For reference, applicants should begin the process at least 10 days before the deadline of Thursday, December 10, 2026.
The 2027 applications for the Specialized Transportation Assistance Program for Counties and the Tribal Elderly Transportation Grant Program are not currently available. For reference, 2026 applications needed to be submitted by December 19, 2025.
